The management of staff training in a healthcare environment is often a very time-consuming and difficult process for management teams. Ensuring staff are up-to-date is one thing, but actually proving they are up-to-date with training requirements is often an impossible task as management search through email trails and paper-based documents.

Live Status Of Training Status – The system provides real time views of the status of staff training including those that are completed, expired, overdue or awaiting a place on a training program. Management at different levels can see the status for the full organisation or perhaps just their own team.
Evidence Gathering & Storage – As well as providing the training status of all staff members, the tool can be used to gather evidence such as training certs, training course numbers etc. Admins can then search any staff member and find the relevant certificate when required.
