Business Development Representative 

Role

ViClarity is an award winning software tool that offers clients in both Financial Services and Healthcare Sectors a user-friendly, cost saving solution to their risk and compliance needs. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who will join our Sales team and play a key role in analysing the market and building our sales pipeline in Ireland and the UK. This is a core role at the heart of our Sales function, involved in everything from lead generation and prospecting through to pre-sales demonstrations and market analysis and feedback.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Collaborate alongside our Sales & Marketing team to identify target organisations per sector, qualify customers, build pipeline, and drive deals
  • Build contact lists for each of our key market sectors and mine through available sources to generate quality leads for our senior sales team
  • Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Carry out market research and search for new clients who might benefit from ViClarity solutions
  • Carry out regular cold calls to potential clients and client organisations to establish and identify qualified leads
  • Maintain active engagement with prospects using creative follow-up communication
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications
  • Conduct qualification meetings with new customers
  • Provide pre-sales demonstrations and product education to customers, representing the technical aspects of how the product solves specific customer problems
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in our CRM system

Education/Experience

  • 1+ years of SaaS sales experience, SDR/BDR experience preferred
  • Direct sales and/or customer support experience an advantage
  • PC skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom
