With over a decade of professional experience across operations, strategic growth, and client success, Kim currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at ViClarity, where she leads change management and business development initiatives to drive operational efficiency and foster a culture of innovation. She is focused on aligning strategy with execution, empowering teams, and delivering measurable outcomes that support both business performance and customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining ViClarity, Kim held a similar leadership role within the industry, supporting global strategic initiatives and client success programmes. In that capacity, she was instrumental in enhancing customer lifecycle outcomes, developing scalable engagement models, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the alignment of product delivery with client needs. Her work contributed to improved retention, adoption, and value realisation for a global client base.
Beyond the corporate environment, Kim serves as a Non-Executive Director on the board of the Southill Family Resource Centre in Limerick, a role that reflects her deep commitment to community development and social impact.
