ViClarity Appoints Kim McCormack as Chief Operating Officer to Strengthen Global Operations and Drive Growth

ViClarity is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim McCormack as Chief Operating Officer (COO), a new position on the senior leadership team of the fast-growing regtech firm. McCormack brings more than a decade of experience in operations, strategic growth, and client success, particularly within the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) space.

In her role as COO, McCormack will lead ViClarity’s change management and business development initiatives, with a focus on operational efficiency, team empowerment, and innovation. She is dedicated to aligning strategic objectives with execution, fostering a results-driven culture that enhances both business performance and client satisfaction.

Before joining ViClarity, McCormack held a senior leadership position in the GRC sector, where she was instrumental in scaling global client success programs and driving cross-functional collaboration. Her work centered on improving the customer experience, increasing product adoption, and delivering measurable value across a diverse, international client base.

McCormack holds a Master of Science in Strategic Quality Management and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from the University of Limerick, along with a Bachelor of Business degree from Galway Business School.

In addition to her professional achievements, McCormack serves as a Non-Executive Director on the board of the Southill Family Resource Centre in Limerick. Her involvement reflects a strong commitment to community development and social impact through strategic governance and long-term capacity building.
