Kim McCormack

With over a decade of experience across operations, strategic growth and client success, Kim serves as Chief Operating Officer for ViClarity, where she leads change management and business development initiatives to drive operational efficiency and foster a culture of innovation. She is focused on aligning strategy with execution, empowering teams and delivering measurable outcomes that support both business performance and customer satisfaction. 

Prior to joining ViClarity, Kim held a similar leadership role within the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) industry, supporting global strategic initiatives and client success programs. She was instrumental in enhancing customer lifecycle outcomes, developing scalable engagement models and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the alignment of product delivery with client needs. Her work contributed to improved retention, adoption, and value realization for a global client base. 

Outside of work Kim serves as a Non-Executive Director on the board of the Southill Family Resource Centre in Limerick, providing governance oversight and strategic direction to support inclusive community services and contributing to long-term sustainability and capacity building.
