Josh McAfee

Vice President of Services

As Vice President of Services for ViClarity, Josh directs the compliance consulting, audit services, and credit union league compliance support teams. He is responsible for operations, innovation and client relationship development.

Josh brings more than 15 years of experience in financial services to ViClarity. Most recently he served as a Senior Director and Advisor for Callahan & Associates, where he used credit union-focused data and analytics to establish and expand more than 200 strategic relationships and guide executives in their planning activities. Prior to his Callahan tenure, Josh held marketing leadership positions at two credit unions, helping to scale revenue, lead strategic planning and drive digital transformation. 

Josh received his Bachelor's of Business Administration in Marketing from Harding University. He sits on the Board of Trustees for a school in Jackson, Tennessee, where he lives with his family.
