Carrie Kompelien

Carrie Kompelien is the SVP, Human Resources of Affiliates Management Company (AMC). Carrie oversees the human resources department for the AMC family of companies, including ViClarity.

Carrie is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions including benefits, compensation, employee development, employee relations, recruitment, payroll, legal compliance and policy review. Carrie has been part of the human resources team since 2002. Prior to joining the company, she worked for Dice.Com in a HR capacity. She earned her Strategic Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) in 2008 from the HR Certification Institute and attained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional designation in 2015. Carrie received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology from Northwest Missouri State University.
